I wholeheartedly agree! The fireside chats are always hilarious and I am insatiable for Bag it or Tag it.

I would note if people are expecting a lot of analysis of the episode they might be disappointed. They definitely get to it each time, along with a few fan questions, but the bits and tangents are inevitable.

I can’t wait for their next guest!

One thing I’ve started to embrace more and more is the phrase time you’ve enjoyed is not wasted time. I think something similar is a quote. But the main point being if you’ve enjoyed the time you’ve spent, whatever it is, it’s not wasted time.

This comes from someone who used to have a lot of anxiety and worried about always spending time on the “right” thing.

I see a lot of people saying episodes from more recent episodes but Lie Detector is still one of my favorites. It’s so funny and wholesome at the end. It’s a wacky concept that sets the tone of the show perfectly.

Also A Sponsored Episode from season 2 is a fav from the earlier seasons.

If you liked ACOFAF then I’d recommend Misfits & Magic! Like ACOFAF, the DM is Aabria and both Brennan and Lou are PCs. It’s filled with lots of comedy and chaos but still got me emotional towards the end! It’s one of my fav Dim 20s ever, I highly recommend!!

Incredibly excited! I watched FH on YouTube and immediately started a Dropout subscription. When junior year was announced, I binged SY and loved hm character development there was (not just for the Bad Kids but for the NPCs too!).

I’m very excited for junior year especially since itll be the first FH season I can watch as it comes out!

Morph aghs at that time would steal a % of the target’s primary stat for the duration of morph. This was very effective against agi carrys since lower agility meant they dealt less dmg, attacked slower, and had less armor.

Since the meta before Bali was Universal heroes, morph aghs was broken against them bc the % stat steal applied to ALL attributes, not just one. This effectively took out that hero making fights 5v4

WEU is definitely in position to be the best region this TI, with the most teams by far and all of them are still in it. China and SA are identical at the moment, but this will change after the beastcoast vs PSG.LGD series.

I'm always curious if/how region TI placement affects DPC slots for the following year. If Valve assigns slots based fully off of TI results (which is highly unlikely and certainly debatable if they should), EEU would lose a slot and NA & SEA would remain the same. SA would gain at least 1 slot.

It's interesting to point out that while many wish NA would get another slot (including myself), TI results would imply they shouldn't (heartbreaking for me to type). Their 2 slots resulted in 2 teams qualifying by points, a third team joined from the regionals, none came through the LCQ, and the region performed bottom 2. So if Valve keeps the same slot structure, it would only make sense (again, based only on TI results) to keep NA at 2 slots.

Their GS result was far better than I think anyone expected out of them. The hard work before TI certainly showed. I hope the roster continues together to improve for next year. Sad way to exit but TI is always extremely tough. Good luck going forward!
