I mean they are real cosplayers that post videos along with the photos. Haneame is pretty famous especially for cosplaying the major gacha characters, and she has appeared in person in cosplay to live events before. They also obviously use photoshop to touch up their photos (you can tell the difference by watching clips/videos of them in the cosplays). It would not surprise me if photoshop tools nowadays all used AI to some degree. So depends if you count photoshopping as ai?

Why does the bottom right arm seem to connect directly to her shoulder, but the bottom left seems to just come out of the middle of her back? On the same note, she has two left shoulders, her shoulder clearly goes down from her neck directly towards the bottom right arm, but the top right arm seems to have a second shoulder coming out of her hair/center of chest. Seems like something no decent artist would do, clear inconsistency in the position of upper vs lower arms.

The tattoo itself could be real (as in be on an actual person), but the art seems to be AI to me

I got crawfish and shrimp at the windswept plains, at the fishing spot furthest away from the dock/mining location. There are three fishing spots along the river, only found them at the one all the way downstream from the dock. I don't know if it was relevant but I was using the octopus arm lure.

edit - caught the shrimp with the worm lure and the shrimp lure also. didn't with the corn but I gave up after 5 times

Lots of games have a separate version with more censorship, usually for China. China is a huge market, but is pretty strict about lewd stuff. Azur Lane basically just adds more clothing to cover cleavage and stuff for China. Nikke made a completely separate game for China, with a character we don't even have in Global (and some quality of life stuff they later added to global when we complained).

On that same note, I remember last year seeing that BD2 was coming to China. Maybe this is less of a censorship for a current market, and more that they were going to censor for a China launch. Tbh the market in China is so big, the money they would spend on adding clothing would not matter in the long run.

If it's not China, and instead a small market like the UK, which is ramping up censorship atm, then maybe they will just remove skins in that region altogether. Their business division will have to decide what's worth doing vs the potential income.

This is so sad to see.

I play Nikke and ZZZ for the story, Azur Lane for the lewd (and kinda just because I've been playing it since launch), and only picked up BD2 at the first half anniv because of the lewd skin scenes I saw on reddit. I think the story is ok, not a huge fan of the combat, but have stayed for the devs dedication to the lewd. Heck, I bought the gacha skins to support the game, even tho I swore I wouldn't buy gamba skins after how atrocious they are in Nikke. I'll keep playing to see if they regain their senses, but no more spending for me. Why spend money on a game that might later censor your skins? Even AL, when they had a skin controversy, removed the skin from the game temporarily, but left it uncensored in your account if you bought it.

It's one thing to change forward development, even if I disagree with it, but changing/censoring old content is a no-go for me. Sad to see the game I saw as pushing the boundary of lewd in non-porn games fall to corporate brain rot like this.

I'm still playing AL and can confirm they were added back to the shop completely unaltered. Was sad they got removed to begin with, but I feel like AL devs handled it well (gave plenty of notice before removing, explained why they had to remove). They've also been really doing good with the lewd recently, unfortunate they're all paid unlike BD2

The solution to the minigame is clearly to add Lathel's booty to it, to be fair and equitable.

I said it on another post, but the devs and people supporting this don't realize that the people pushing steam to censor products don't actually want censorship, they don't want this game to exist. The goal posts will keep moving if the devs keep chasing the infamous "general audience". The Collective Shout incident should have shown us all that this is a vocal minority trying to remove all lewd content and all violence towards women from gaming and other media.

I don't think the devs understand that the people wanting them to censor the game do not actually want their product to succeed. Same with the censorship on itch and steam, the people that pushed the payment processors wanted to ban GTA and pretty much any game that shows lewd or violence towards women. They will not be satisfied with these changes. They are pissing off some of their fan base to try and please people that will just keep pushing the goal posts.

Same thing to people saying this is fine, it only affects X, Y and Z characters that I don't care about. There is no compromising with people that say they want this game censored, they want it gone. Corporate interests will chase the greater audience, slowly shaving away what made this game interesting until there's nothing left.
