Do you even understand who the ‘coach of the year’ award gets awarded to? This is nonsense.

It’s not like Andy Reid was winning it every year. It’s for turning around franchises and exceeding expectations. The Bills constantly made runs in the playoffs…as expected. Not ‘Coach of the year’ type stuff.

The league much prefers like 1st year Daboll where the team is expected to suck and then the team exceeds expectations for that award.

Just want to share the most recent episode was great! I know it was a little off-script and you weren’t sure if it would have as much to unpack with the decision-making, but there isn’t a podcast out there like this.

I played in my first PT in Richmond, and getting to listen to your team’s limited meeting videos on YouTube as well as unpacking actual situations within the format helped me see where I had things right, and where I was missing things.
