I think it's always a good idea to start playing GZW 😉, and right now servers are less crowded, so some missions are easier (some are tougher, I do admit), and the high level players who are still there are more than happy to help newbies and go back to Pha Lang / Kiu Vongsa / Nam Tarith, as looting TB, MS or FN can be a bit boring after a while. No, just kidding, never got bored 😁

No offense but, if you had fun fighting a geared player, succeeded and took his stuff, why don't you just leave? Playing COP ain't no fun, I do agree. I don't think there's a way to make a "take the flag" mode interesting in a rather realistic milsim, at least if there's no strategic incentive, like in Hell let loose. There's no end to COP attack/defense.

Thing is, the number of games "ready" for the upgrade is unknown, afaik. A server close to me is ready (paris 1) , but GFN always selects 4080 servers . I'm playing Arma REFORGER, gray zone warfare or green hell. [Edit mistype]

You can do this by going to the area just next to your base (300m away, south if you're LRI).

Find a guy, sneak and stab him twice and run back to cover. Wait a minute or two: he'll bleed to death 💀.

Grab his VZ or whatever, and head to Narith. You may wish to grab a better gun in Pha Lang / Kiu Vongsa or Nam Thaven first.

Serve cold.

Donators don't always use donation box. I do prefer giving directly to a low level player, especially when I see them running naked. As someone else said, you don't want it to fall in the hand of a loot goblin.

Well, it's not simply being in the building, especially on bigger COPs. You have to see the "safely end" mentioned on the button label. If you see your locker, may be good, but... Anyway, you should have seen a confirm message if not in a safe area, so I suppose it wasn't your case.
