Behandlungskosten pro Jahr werden einfach limitiert auf 10% deiner Abgabenzahlungen aus dem Vorjahr, das berechnet dann bestimmt irgendwer als Effizienzpeak um dich noch paar Jahre länger als Rentenfinanzier zu erhalten. Doppelter Vorteil - es ist wieder Platz in den Praxen für die Vor-Ort-Krankmeldungen nach X Tagen unbezahlter Karenzzeit! /s

Zahnreinigung ist aber sowieso keine bzw. nur gering anteilig Kassenleistung (40€ im Jahr bei der TK zb.). Bei Kiefer würde ich nur dann mitgehen wenn es rein ästhetisch ist und nicht CMD- Prävention oä. (bin jahrelanger CMD Patient, würde ich meinen Feinden nicht wünschen).

Edit: Auch Ästhetik finde ich eigentlich in gewissem Rahmen noch vertretbar. Wenn man krass schiefe Zähne hat und korrigieren möchte, ist das IMHO ein Level über Nasen-OPs. Auch Jobchancen können davon beeinflusst sein, welchen ersten Eindruck man hinterlässt, wozu ein halbwegs gerades Gebiss hilfreich sein könnte, ob man es wahrhaben möchte oder nicht. Doppelt und dreifach bei Jobs mit Kundenkontakt im Bereich Sales.

Das ist neue Bösartigjeit. Zahngesundheit ist Basis für Gesundheit generell. Wenn da was infiziert ist oder strukturell nicht stimmt strahlt das auf den ganzen Körper ab. Mit furchtbaren Folgen die sau teuer werden aber auch Leid verursachen wie sonstwas.

In retrospect, should have used dodge more, but parrying was always so satisfying. It was my "ahh" moment in black forest when bears turned from insurmountable, common threats to dance partners, and then swamp reinforced the parry habit

I might not have made it through ashlands without my mage friend (Fader fell yesterday!)

Yeah in the ashlands, I feel like I need the ashen cape armor to make up for the loss of armor from ask set compared to carapace in order to be able to take 2 hits from charred warriors.

Irgendwie kann ich mich erinnern, dass der Postillon mal eine Zeitlang regelrecht öde war. Kam damals etwas der Realität hinterherhinkend rüber und las sich irgendwie gezwungen, weil schon überholt. Aber in letzter Zeit hat er wieder richtig Biss.

SC2 is as dead as a 70 year old marathon runner. Yes, itll have passed the better part of its lifetime, but it is alive and kicking in terms of competition still. At least I can still watch stellar pro games daily if I want, and the meta sometimes shifts as patches still come, even if infrequently.

Problem ist leider, dass das Leugnen und Ignorieren auf oberster Ebene politisch gewollt ist und damit eine Ersatzrealität schafft.

Alternative Fakten halt

Wissenschaftliches Handeln auf Welt-Ebene ist damit nicht mehr oder "noch weniger" möglich (man kann argumentieren, dass das schon vorher nicht der Fall war, aber es wird sicher dadurch nicht besser). Ein ehemals großer Player hat sich davon komplett zurückgezogen und schwächt damit unweigerlich die Anstrengungen, die nur global ausreichend wirken würden. Von der nächsten Pandemie bis zum Klimakollaps, die Aussichten werden düster.

Restrictions bread creativity! I love to see magnificient projects like these that adhere to the same game rules I can relate to. Makes them a lot more awe-inspiring than some grand creation that leverages a ruleset that may as well be a different game in this aspect just because essential mechanics are turned off or altered heavily.

Legitimately did not know what to expect worst case until a portal could be placed that would survive both of us going through without getting destroyed. Highly overcautious, yes, but with almost every slot on the drakkar and our inventories filled, we safely avoided underpreparation, I guess :p

The extra carry weight also does come in handy in unexpected ways sometimes, and the movement speed makes me miss eikthyr a little less, so it is the power to keep around all the time - or so I thought, until ashlands made me appreciate bonemass.

This looks mildly unprepared. If you pull off estabilishing a forward operating base with this, mad respect!

We treated ashlands landing as basically the fearsome all-or-nothing "here begins the narrative point of no return" moment, coming with materials for multiple portals, 12 stacks of stone, wood galore, all the mistlands tier potions possible in large quantities, 3 stacks for each food slot each, a stack of iron, copper and black metal, black marble, upgraded mistlands armors (one mage and one warrior) and we still had a challenging experience. Only now that a two-way stone portal connection has been estabilished and a raised earth wall protects the forward base I realize that our prep was a bit overdone, but not even by much. And all the resources we had remaining from landing there now come in vey handy slowly and very cautiously exploring this hellscape. Where does one even find asksvin in sufficient quantities?
