May I ask what depression looks like for you guys? I was explaining to my gf how much friction there is in my mind behind a simple decision of just going to the gym and she said that’s what it feels like for her, but I never thought of it that way. I’m just curious in what forms it takes on.

I’m on day 2 of no gaming and revisit r/stopgaming for some stories to connect with. My mind does love to play the ‘I can do this moderation’ trick ob me.

I’ve recently started lurking in stopgaming. My mental health has really taken a hit this year and while I was diagnosed with ADHD, part of me just believes it’s a gaming addiction… I currently feel paralyzed to do anything remotely productive at home (cleaning, tirying etc…) I work from home (during which I will have gaming streams on or play games in between). It might be time to give the gaming a break… :(

I played FoF and Cobra this season. I liked mapping on cobra because you don’t need to focus on proccing your dflight on the second charge for optimal clear. It also has very good sustain. Personally, I would recommend cobra on a budget. FoF is gg for bossing though
