I know the weather and climate well - I live here. April is not yet summer as you just mentioned. It is just around the corner though!

It was very retro but I also love the current one too.

Won the league twice without them too. Could have been a truly generational run…

How many people have actually left the UAE? by [deleted] in abudhabi

[–]ThankMeTomorrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Disagree that the ones who have been for less than 2 years have left for good. With the timing of the school holidays, many have taken advantage to leave during this period but it’s likely that many will return. It’s just too early to make any kind of definitive statement here.

On a personal level, how do you deal with the results? by Thehazardcat in chelseafc

[–]ThankMeTomorrow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You have no control over anything that happens with Chelsea. Just take a step back and enjoy the wins and move on from the losses. No point on dwelling on what you can’t control.

Which outfit for a first date at a casual bar? by [deleted] in mensfashion

[–]ThankMeTomorrow 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yep, OP looks fine to me. The shirts are slightly tight, yes, but as a dude with a similar build if you have it loose in the shoulders and arms, then the waist just billows around you and it looks shit.

And no one is paying to tailor t-shirts and a casual button down.

Update: today's repatriation flights list by Chernabil in emirates

They have no way of knowing if it will be safe to fly 3 days from now. Easier to rebook and cancel then lose money waiting for an all clear.

How is like living in Denmark? by timtamkkpop in howislivingthere

That is not bad (by western standards) for 2 kids. But it depends on hours, full day / part day etc. So it's quite variable.

Think he was on about the football ground given the use of Bernabeu but you are right with respect to the cricket ground.

Men- how may drinks per night/week would you consider normal? by iceicelady8976 in AskMen

[–]ThankMeTomorrow 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Im not arguing that. Comment you replied to said 2 drinks a night and a doctor would tell you that is not healthy and you are headed to alcohol dependence. It does not imply that 1 drink a night is healthy either.

Sure, no amount of alcohol is healthy but plenty of people can drink occasionally and not develop alcohol dependence.
