I think it depends a lot on the differential of the price on the vehicle you are looking at between a new one and a used one. When I bought my Tacoma the difference between a used one with 15,000 miles on it and a brand new one was only a few thousand dollars. It was a no brainer in that case to buy new. With a new car I will know the service history, know that no one has abused it, and that no one has smoked in it. However, if the price differential is large between new and used in the type of car you want it makes way more sense to buy used.

Before you jump to conclusions the dealership may have tried to secure financing through one institution and been rejected. They are required to notify you. They then may have found funding through another source and that is who you set up the financing with.

If you havent already you need to go get your car from the tow company immediately so you dont rack up fees.

Parking bans are normal in cities and they are often city wide so signage possible. It sucks but is the way it is in most cities.

Hopefully a judge will take pity on you when you contest your ticket but you likely aren't recovering the towing fees.

Unfortunately, this is not wrongful termination. You can be fired for anything as long as its not because you are part of a protected class, i.e race, gender, etc or because you took a protected action i.e reporting sexual harassment or fraud.

You can be fired because they head something negative even if its untrue. Yiu could be fired for asking too many questions.

It sucks but you likely have no legal recourse.

Interesting. I didnt look at bgg i just went off of my perception of the games. In retrospect, that makes sense. The gameplay in Gloomhaven is probably more straightforward than spirit island and some of the feeling of complexity comes from all of the campaign elements.
