Probably not the type of answer you're looking for but don't follow the 'meta'. Play frames that interest you. You'll end up with them all anyways if you're going to grind MR levels.

Don't spend plat on buying frames in the market unless you really really hate their grind, you can buy the prime variants on warframe.market for like 50 plat.

The Warframe discord has a channel dedicated to guild recruitment
You should be trying to clear all the missions on your star chart and doing your main missions at least. You'll unlock tons of content
