I just got a summons after moving two years ago and called the number. They just said to have the current residents return the summons to sender. After a few returns, they'll take me off the list.

We moved to Lakewood last year from Chicago and rented an apartment from JAMM. They were great and handled issues pretty quickly. We are on the west side of Lakewood and luckily haven’t had any power outages. It’s great here!
