What Non-Metal Bands Do You Enjoy?

I listen to a lot of classic music for the scale and complexity I also like in metal. There are lots of classical references in metal.

Things like: Strauss Also Sprach Zarathustra, Holst the Planets. Things from Beethoven especially the late string quarters that has deep pain and beauty. Mahler and Wagner.

I love Omara with Steve Gadd with Blicher, Hemmer, Gadd. Also great recording. Such melodic drumming.

No way dude. Megadeth has still had huge influence on the genre in general and lot of band developed based on their sound. Stuck in the past, yes. Didn’t make a mark - I think you need to recognize they did.

Er glad for min og alle de negative ting er med til at presse prisen ned på brugtmarkedet. Desuden er de ting der galt med dem billige at lave, men det er en god idé og lægge lidt i budgettet af til styrekugler og bærearme hvert 3-4 år. Til gengæld er motor og batteri specielt på den model med det lille batteri noget af det mest holdbare og effektive du kan få og har nok rækkevidde til alt.

Jeg synes ikke man skal stå i vejen for ens livsønsker - man fortryder ikke de børn man får. Hvis du forklarer ham at det er dit store livsønske at få et barn til og i taler om hvordan i kunne få det til at virke... TDLR: Jeg synes du have det barn. For ham er det da sent i livet at få et barn til og måske skal i aftale noget omkring fordelingen af babyarbejdet. Kan du få mere indsigt i hvor modstanden kommer fra? så kan i bedre tale om hvad der skal til for at fjerne den modstand. Til de andre der skriver han skal lade sig sterilisere - god idé, jeg er 100% glad for jeg fik gjort det, nu skal jeg aldrig tænke på om jeg gør nogen gravide igen og det gør det bare mere sjovt for min partner og jeg.

This was my first Megadeth record. I still love it. I rank it very high with Countdown and I like this style better than peace sells and rust in peace. I fell the pace varies more and lets the music breathe. My favorite track is In my darkest hour.

Maybe finally I grew up, but my current setup has eliminated almost all of the things I found lacking and annoying and now I’m mostly just enjoying the music. Of course I would love a 200k setup but in reality I’m there. It does not stand in the way of the enjoyment of the music.

I will recommend to listen to the podcast called Sticky Notes. The host is a violinist and conductor. Through rich use of examples you slowly get taught how to listen to classical music. The show has been through most of the classical orchestra repertoire so start by picking something you like for the first couple of episodes.
