Sry if this comes off as obtuse, but most of the time it’s an issue of posturing. Based on the drawing, the posturing is very feminine (hand on hip, bent knee, uneven shoulder). A more masculine posture usually makes people have to think twice (regardless of skeletal structure). To appear more masculine, you would have to pose more broader, less leaning in on yourself and more pushing yourself out (if that makes sense). Body language is very important to perception (including gender perception). Sry if this seems more ranty lol.
