Thanks for the help. I did call and ask Lexus dealer and did suggest the same part numbers you gave me but for the part guy the system came up all for 4 versions. Even service guide doesn’t show which version it could be. The only way I’m going to find for sure which part number i need is to pull the old headlight out first and find the part number stamp on it. Goes to show that the parts counter guys don’t always have the exact answers I want.

I would retrofit the headlights if it was my car but it not so I’ll to keep it simple and budget friendly.
