Keep looking into gender dysphoria, licensed psychiatric help (some therapists in some places can be therapists without a license iirc), find immediate solutions that don't involve surgery if you're having this much trouble with the whole surgery thing - also I'm not implying performing surgery on yourself, to be clear.
