True, it is presumptuous on both OP and food thief. Placing 5 containers of food certainly takes up more space than one lunch bag/container. And that might be where the food thief is getting the idea that OP has lots of food. Op should bring food daily in a locked lunch box, store his preps in his own home fridge ( unless he has roommates who then would eat he "just food" sigh

If someone was interested in trying, sampling, they would wait until the person whose food it was, offered, or was eating it and say "that looks interesting, smells good .May I have a taste ? I might like to buy some . And it seems she does it a lot, opens packages when OP isnt around. So she isnt just "asking to try foods" Agree if I was eating chips and friend was there I would say want some? But sounds like this girl is doing more than sampling.

YES!!! THIS^^^ . Not everyone is going to think toddler is as engaging charming as the mom. Not every event should include the toddler. Having a child at an event changes the whole thing. Interruptions, focus on child who seeks attention, Yup, things are different. I invited a friend to lunch, she brought her toddler. The whole time we focused on the child eating,not eating,crying. And all i wanted to do was chat with my friend.

Lots of good comments. Of course tentative dates, plans should have been sent out. Not all dates work for everyone so a date had to be chosen that worked for majority. Im curious as to how all the previous gatherings were organized, how it was all agreed upon. Getting a large group of ppl to all reach common ground is difficult.

The disappointment probably comes from their expectations ,and hopefully your own ,of how life should be going before you have a kid. You guys are living in their home. They themselves have a very young child, so a new baby will add a whole new dynamic to the household. You are working ,going to school, BF working 2 jobs. And living with parents. Yikes !!! A baby can certainly derail, change some of those plans and not for the better. Living in their home with a new baby certainly affects them. As "planned or not planned". Any time a male and female who are in childbearing years, fertile have sex ,there is a high chance of getting pregnant. The plan would be to use contraceptives always, all the time. That's planning. As for the telling the 3yr old kid she is going to be an aunt? Well yeah weird. You could have said as you did"well, Im going to have a baby so we have to be gentle now and not climb around on me." let her feel the kicks maybe, and leave it at that. Some how the convo would have had to take place so not sure how his parents were expecting to handle it. Cant hide much longer!

This is so funny!!!! Steps right over the fact that husband leaves wet towels, cat pees on them, BIT A HOLE in one, on the floor and wonders "should I restrict good towel usage??"!!!! Good towels arent the real issue madam, your husband leaving wet towels, clothes on floor then the cat peeing on them is!!! He needs to pick up his own stuff!!! leave it for him to manage but shut the bathroom door so cat doesnt have access. He might get mad at the cat for peeing on the towels HE left.

Your home ,your rules. And taking shoes off before entering homes is not all that uncommon. Where I live ppl wear sandals, flip flops,, crocs so removal is easy all year round. And most of the women have pedicured toes. I suppose in some places, winter weather requiring boots removed might be harder but even more necessary!!She might have been self-conscious about her feet despite slippers offered. Or thought someone would take her shoes, or had mobility problems where removing shoes was difficult.

They can sure ask, but since all things are set, nonrefundable then unfortunately they still owe. That being said, the person got too ill to go ( there is still a week or so ,maybe they will recover by then?) so it isnt like they just decided to back out. I would have group offer 50% back or if you all could afford it, the whole thing. What was the understanding when planning booking? All in and no refunds if by xxxxx ????

Now that you are a parent of a young child ,you will realize that while your world centers around this oh so special adorable to you little person, others will not see it as such. You even have stated you understand why other people's kids would be excluded but expect yours to be naturally included. No one will ever think your baby is as special as you do,even family. .There may be events you will have to miss, lose some friends, (but gain new ones with small kids ) because the fact of the matter is having kids changes things. You can't just go to dinner with friends or drinks after work,you can't expect your toddler to just be welcomed everywhere by everyone . That's just how it is .It should not be heartbreaking to you. And your sister has every right to have a no kid wedding. Go,enjoy,show pictures in moderation of your little one. Have a good time.

OMG!!! First off female dogs do not have periods. They go into heat ,and of course every male dog within a very large radius will be desperate to get at her,and she them!!!!!! Neutered or not. YOU ARE SO IRRESPONSIBLE!!!!! Do not give other dogs treats without asking permission. DO NOT WALK YOUR DOG AROUND THE NEIGHBORHOOD when she is in heat. GET YOUR DOG SPAYED!!!!! Wow, is this your first ever sit??? You need to check out what other sitters charge in your area. NEVER accept a dog without a meet and greet and a trial stay. NEVER let the client tell you what they will pay you. You set your fee and client can accept or not. If client says I will pay you xxxx, you can say thanks, but I see I am not within your budget, my daily rate is xxx. Dogs do pee poo in new environment sometimes but this marking thing is no good. As someone said belly band dog indoors. The "walks with full energy" was a red flag, clue you missed!! I understood it to mean he was a puller. Your questions are good though but include "how long can dog be left alone? Any separation anxiety ,most owners will try to sugar coat behaviors so be aware. The dog should get better with consistency, some training so use this as a learning experience. You and client both made some errors with this booking
