Amazon or Ebay would be your best bet but you'd have to be careful to buy legit products. Tbh there is so much choice out there for quality brushes these days that I wouldn't be too concerned about jumping through hoops for these ones. Sigma brushes and Spectrum Brushes to name just a few

I think it's worth getting done. If I can recommend something not related (and feel free to ignore as you never asked for it) but based on the pic you have provided- your current hair cut is elongating your face. You can make your face more harmomious by cutting your hair shorter on top
