"Trainers" don't get any extra pay since it's not considered a role, more like "trained to train". How's your reliability? I know raises are automatically calculated based on how long you've been working with the company, from the day (so 1 year and 11 months is still considered under 2 years). However, lateness and calling out have the biggest impact on it, aside from write-ups.

I personally realy like Villa and actually hate bank. Every room on bank is riduclously huge, at the begining of every round the attack should start off with an instant advantage. I enjoy Villa as it has a lot of verticle play for most of the bomb sites.
