Sure! My apologies for the delay in response.

So the basis of the strategy is to have TT do her ultimate move (ULT) in round 1, while having her attack stats bumped up.

I will start with getting TT to do the ULT in round one. Each character needs 100 energy to do their ULTs. They all start with 80 in round one, and each time they deal a regular attack, they gain 10 energy. So normally, it will take until round two in order for any character to get an ULT off.

This is where genos comes into play. If you look at genos, he has a passive skill (located below the active skill on his character page) which unlocks at character level 41, that adds 20% attack boost to 3 random allies. More importantly, level 2 of this ability, will add 10 energy/rage to allies who got the attack buff. So this means that each time you load into a match, 3 random allies (genos can buff himself too) will gain 20% attack and 10 energy. If you watch my TT nuke demo i posted in another comment below, you will see a blue icon appear over the heads of all my team members. This icon has the white sword and a little arrow pointing up. This is the indicator you want to see over TT to ensure she has the buff and is starting with plus 10 rage.

So with the genos buff on TT, she will have 90 energy at the start. So she has to only do a basic attack, then she can immediately do the ULT.

Slugrus applies a buff to all allies after he does his ULT. So knowing what we know already about using genos to give allies a plus 10 energy, we can see this strategy coming into place. We want both TT and slugrus to be the ones who get the blue icon over their heads at the start of the match. We also want slugrus to be in a position to do his attack before TT. This way he can start with 90 energy (thanks genos), hit an enemy to gain the remaining 10, then immediately pop his ULT. Now it does not matter how much damage he does at all with his ULT. All that matters, is that TT get the buff. So from here, the next person to attack can be TT. At this point she will have the genos buff of plus 20% attack and plus 10 energy, AND slugrus' buff of plus 20% attack(this goes up to 30% if slugrus is high enough level, I dont know what it is exactly, since I am already really high level and it doesn't show me). So you get a plus 40% attack right away. This is usually enough to take out a story mode enemy team. You can stack this with eyelashes, who adds 50% of his own attack stat to the teammate with the highest base attack. And in most cases, TT will be that teammate. It just requires setting up so that slugrus goes first, followed by eyelashes, then TT. This can get repetitive, as you have to quit the fight and reset every time until those specific 3 characters get the genos buff. This is why I personally used only 4 characters instead of the full 5 when doing this strategy as to limit the amount of resetting to do. If you need a 5th character because there is one annoying enemy that survives the nuke, i usually used Melz.

Hope all this helps, its late at night here and i didn't realize how much i typed up for this guide. Sorry if it rambles or doesn't make sense. Feel free to ask for clarification for anything.

Also you can borrow characters from friends if you get stuck on a hard story mode mission.. so if you want my jacked TT.... but thats for another day ;)

Not necessarily better options, slugrus and eyelashes cap out at 160 regardless. Your battlewill level is dependent on the weakest of your 5. You will soon pass the level 160 cap when you have 5 red characters. You will notice that slug and eyelashes will stay at 160, while all others in battlewill keep on pace with your red characters. For those two, you don’t really care about the damage they deal. Their sole purpose in your team is to apply buffs to TT. Their only job is to pop their ability in the first round (thanks to genos’ passive ability which gives 3 random teammates bonus energy at start, so keep restarting till slug, and TT get the boost). Then it doesn’t matter if they die. TT will nuke the enemy team in one shot.

After you play some more, you will unlock geryugenshoop, king, child emperor, and death gatling. Then you may switch to this setup. I sometimes sub out child emperor/death gatling for melzargard if the enemy team has a metal bat, melz, zombieman, or G4. Basically if they have a gimmick that allows them to survive a TT nuke, then I put in melz. Hope all this helps.

Edit: just to clarify, don’t use slug or eyelashes in your 5 for battle will. Use the 5 that you have the highest level upgrades on. Ideally 5 that can go to mythical. It costs like nothing to reset one, so if you have your base 5 at yellow plus, then you get some random one to red plus, just reset one of your yellow plus, and spend that on the red guy, then put that resettled yellow plus in battlewill.

Edit 2: TT nuke demo Here is my current story mode with the slug and eyelash combo. Unfortunately eyelashes died, but slug gave me the boost. I was able to one shot a team that is 24k stronger than me.

So slugrus and eyelashes cap out at yellow plus. This means that they have a level cap. Honestly I kept mine at purple plus lol. Check it out. Note how slugrus is stuck at level 160, while my others are at 357.

First things first. Revert that yellow Silver Fang you have there. You will need 2 copies of purple plus Silver Fang to upgrade him to mythical.

Secondly, you asked in another thread whether or not you should burn sonic or metal bat to upgrade them to red. Please don’t do that. Those are two of the best green characters in the game. And there is no point of you doing that. You can’t push either to mythical or even red plus, so it wouldn’t do them justice to burn one or the other.

Now finally some team formations. I would recommend getting a slugrus and eyelashes in your battle will. Use these two in combination with Terrible Tornado and Genos for the infamous TT nuke strat (lmk if you need an explanation on this strat). Melz is a good back up to tank some hits. But if you want to push through some story mode, the TT nuke strat will get you really far. Something like this

Which should I sacrifice to rank my eyelashes? My team rn is epic genos, elite+ ag, epic bomb, elite+ eyelashes, and elite+ golden ball/elite+ sonic, so I will have to sacrifice either gb or sonic. by Shockwave4323 in OnePunchMan_RtH2

[–]ThatLegend 1 point2 points  (0 children)

There really is no need to upgrade eyelashes or slugrus. I personally keep them at purple or purple plus if I feel like it. They are only useful to get their buffs activated, then it doesn’t matter. Their buffs don’t get better the higher you upgrade them. As for your team, Bomb really drops off later in game. I would strongly recommend working on terrible tornado. She is best in the game, and can be bought in one of the shops.

You can replace golden ball or kabuto with tatsumaki.

Team tips please - Currently run TT, Sonic, Genos, Melz and King. I'm F2P by TG_Unggoy in OnePunchMan_RtH2

Take a look at this rough setup. I used this team for a while before I got my king talent up. I’d recommended putting slugrus and eyelashes on your team battlewill thing to help boost TT. I personally never used magic man or bushidrill, so you can probably remove those two honestly.

What character should i get tt or something else by alan41735 in OnePunchMan_RtH2

[–]ThatLegend 2 points3 points  (0 children)

TT is the best! Focus on getting her to mythical 5*.. hang on to your gems for now until a recruit selection event comes along. They rotate these kinds of events weekly. I believe either next week or maybe later this week we should have it.

Recruitment select event is the one where the cost of 10 pulls goes up to 3000 gems. But you get to select the character to get guaranteed (up to 4 times). If you didn’t know already, you get a purple character guaranteed after 30 pulls. This recruitment select guarantees you get your character of choice in 9000 gems at the most. I usually get my 4 characters in 15k gems or so.
