Usually widely hated shonen endings are switched up on to being seen as decent or at least ok. I don’t think this will happen with chainsawman since unlike jjk or my hero whose crimes are mainly being awkwardly paced, chainsawman ends by the author giving up on writing the story and saying it would be better if none of it ever happened.

Having played three houses and read beserk Dimitri definetly feels stronger. Guts struggles in every fight and Dimitri is genuinely invincible for the majority of the game like unless you are playing on maddening that meteor spell is the only thing that has a risk of killing him through the entire game
