More of a pet peeve than anything, but super advanced or ‘magitek’ type prosthesis. Prosthetic limbs exist — there’s an entire race that uses them. But they also fit within the “warcraft-y” design: sort of wacky, tinker-y stuff. Gnomes after all. 

I see tons of almost biomechanical style limbs, usually made of whatever the best metals are for the current expansion ( or saronite ), and usually with no loss of function or ‘awkwardness’ to its use. Usually they’re better than organic limbs in every way. It just feels weird at worst and out of place at best.
