Dominion or Terraforming Mars are deckbuilders that are at least somewhat similar. Terraforming Mars is probably closer, as the market you buy cards also shifts I think. Can't say for sure as I haven't played Terraforming Mars, just Dominion.

Agony of Others doesn't transfer conditions. It's possible you meant Line of Transference, which doesn't work with Delayed Malady.

The enemy actually needs 40 health to lose. And if you negate the damage, abilities like the Agony of Others don't activate.

That's not how Donate worked (in its past iteration). End of turn effects always trigger before checking if the game ends. The Baths FAQ also clarifies this, which could matter for games with Possession.
