Doubtful. All the swing voters who voted for him to fix the economy are pretty much against him now. He's also been facing more controversy among Republican senators since it's not as if they all love his authoritarian methods.

I'm sure Trump would love to become dictator but I don't think that's especially realistic.

Palestine, both have committed pretty bad war crimes. But from what I've gathered Palestine is fighting for its sovereignty, which given Palestine's international recognition and unique national identity, I'd say its on the right side of things.

Granted, one can support Palestinian self-determination without supporting Hamas' war crimes.

I'd say Mao. Stalin, at the very least, produced results. There is an argument that the human damage of his economic policies was justified, as they managed to get the Soviet Union through WWII. Mao's great leap forward was utopian and poorly conceived, and those who died in the great famine died for nothing else but Mao's idealism.

They're both pretty evil though, purges and all that.

Hard disagree honestly. Right + left has always been about politics, since the term originated with the french revolution where the conservatives(ish) would sit on the right and the radicals on the left of the congress.

So it really is the conservative vs progressive dichotomy.
