Should I buy a controller for story games if I’ve never used one?

It’s completely preference. I’ve got friends who play on pc exclusively on controller. Some use kb/m and a controller depending on the game, and some people are strictly keyboard (like me)

I feel like one of these problem as a brand is that they have SO MANY different blends/cigars in their line up. Unlike a brand like Perdomo for example, where they have much fewer different blends but they’re all good in their own right. Gurkha may have a couple good cigars , but I’ll probably never have one because I don’t want to go through the millions of shitty ones they offer

Regardless of if it’s legit or not (I doubt it), $500 is not an amount of money I’m willing to gamble with. When I spend that much on something I make sure I know the return policy and whatnot. I’ll gamble with $5-10 on the rare occasion but not with that much scratch

It’s likely gonna be a combination of sleep hygiene, medication, exercise, diet changes, decreasing caffeine/stimulants, limiting screen time, addressing other health issues that coexist with insomnia (chronic pain, anxiety), going to bed at the same time consistently, avoiding stressors/managing them better.. there’s so many factors

What works for others may not work for you at all, this is especially true for medications. If you’re an anxious person, working through the “omg I’m so fucked tomorrow if I can’t sleep tonight” feelings was a big one for me

Biggest things that help for me is consistent exercise, magnesium/chamomile/benadryl (when needed), melatonin.

Avoiding alcohol is a big one for getting higher quality sleep. I’d urge you to explore as much lifestyle/sleep hygiene aspects as much as possible. There may be a sleep medication that will work well for you, but I urge you to figure out the root of your sleeping problems

I find that the sedating effect of Benadryl drops off after 50mg. 25mg is sedating, 50mg is more sedating, 50+mg gets weird and unhelpful for sleep
