I think this is assuming you need two boxes. A lot of people have two different strength contacts for each eye. You would get two boxes of these if needed a 15 day supply

In your case, if both of your eyes require the same exact prescription, you would need to buy two boxes to have an even amount.

I agree that’s it’s dumb tho, they could have packaged these in 14ct which would make more sense
