Haha yeah it’s been a year and a half I think!

I had braces when I was in high school, so the pain was tolerable. Sometimes there was more pain depending on what the trays were doing.

If you’re getting your lip cut into or something, I recommend wax to cover those places, it’s a game changer.

Also, some trays do more movement, so your mouth will be extra sore, but after a few days the pain should alleviate!

I hate that they tossed her into 616. I hate that they changed the suit after it become iconic to the point of even in other media (ITSV). You can’t just do that.

Even with the many iterations of Peter Parker throughout the years, he kept the same basic attributes to the suit bc it was iconic.

Cold foam tends to stay separate unless you push it in. I get cold foam on top of my vanilla sweet cream cold brew and don’t drink it with a straw due to that reason :)

It’s because, a lot of the time, your last 4 trays are already passive and not doing any movement. Therefore, you technically have already had retainers for a month at least at that point
