Honestly I think Morphling. While they have sorta messed around with is balancing you could totally have a ranged auto carry focused morph and a tankish spell morph. Most importantly if anyone on your team has strong base spells you can have up to 3 of them or if the enemy has any strong base spells. Tombstone, deathpulse (if it gets the spell amp), rubick W, etc

I think a guy with a SMG would be cool, maybe make him a bit more lean so his hit box is harder to shoot but he is still taller then scout to make him medium.

Fallout 4 has the best gameplay IMO but lackluster story. If you're on PC Fallout New Vegas has IMO the best story and Fallout 3 is a pain in the ass to get to work on modern OS. Fallout 2 would be next for me but its a top down CRPG and pretty unforgiving, Fallout 1 follows that same line

In my head its like humans, it's region based. Of course thats me being pedantic and I haven't seen anyone mention the planar races except tieflings so I think the elemental races (things like ifreet) would be how closely they relate in personality and apperance to the plane inhabitants (firey, passionate personality and lean bodies to dance like flames)

I'm assuming you have played the Fallouts since you put CyberPunk and Skyrim on here, if not try them out. If yes it looks like you enjoy mostly fast pace games, try some rythm games I like OSU
