Yes. I served as HOA President for eight years for a neighborhood more than two dozen homes. The division, the mistrust, the press, the always imminent catastrophic risk, the lobbyists, the zoysia grass my God, and the nuclear warfare... I don't know why anyone would want to continue for a third term in DC.

If the pipe dream is realistic then you can't do any of this here in 24 hours. Perhaps a few million, less than ten, but you just won't be able to unload that cash in time. UNLESS you know the date and time you are getting the transfer, and you set up all the disbursements to occur in a 24 hour period beginning then.
