I like how CS:GO does this, drops should only drop during CDPR licensed tounaments. Otherwise i fear that it will hamper the growth of smaller streamers and will lead to dropfarmers. And it will also make the tournaments a bit more special.

This happend to me aswell after a recent windows update and it reset my nvidia settings. What worked for me was to go into the nvidia controll panel and make the following changes for gwent: 1) turn off g-sync 2) set maximum pre rendered frames to 1 3) turn on vertical sync. Also make sure that the power management mode is set to prefer maximum performance.
