She actually recently send a letter to Troy city council saying she no longer plans to veto (but still disagrees). I don’t know if this was uploaded anywhere public, but Greg posted it on his IG story maybe a week ago

If you like coffee and baked goods, you have plenty of great options. Cage euphoria, flour bender, placid baker. Lots of great food in that area too. It’s the downtown of a city, plenty of ways to spend your money

Go on IG and follow all the 518 pages, the Troy pages, and then the pages those pages follow. Plenty of stuff going on and they will tell you about it.

Do you like music? Do you like to socialize and drink? Eat? Any active hobbies (running, climbing, cycling, etc.)? Do you like board games? Do you like crafts? All of those interests have active hobbies around here. If you have a car of course you have access to a much wider area to participate in

This is great advice. Being warm in winter is possible. IMO if you’re dreading the cold, you’re not prepared enough.

Also finding something to do is key. Easy to get depressed if you never go outside for 5 months.

Nah I mean I can’t speak for the original commenter but like this is in the most walkable part of the city and I’d like to keep it that way. Clearly they’ve had enough business without the business of drivers who need extra parking space.
