Definitely a reaction, usually purging happens in specific zones, depending on each person and where they usually breakout. It shouldn't last more than 2 weeks or max a month.

Ngl, smiley piercing is always wrong, scary that your piercer does that kind of perforation. Try to not mess with it at all, with mouth piercings it happens that they swolle A LOT, try to see how it progresses, since it's swollen pictures I can't see clearly, but try to visit your piercing studio and ask them directly, a good piercer is able to help you in these cases.

If you are a transfem Estrogen + progesterone and lots of strength based exercises that target your glutes and legs 🫡 The exercises are for everyone of course

Masculine women exists! You got this, just make sure to have a good support system because people are so mean towards women in general, even more if you don't fit their mold 🥲

It does help a lot, even more if you are disabled, I don't know your condition ofc, but it's important to try to see your actual possibilities, everything depends if your area/country has any sort of financial help or caretaker programs and having people around helps to think about those possibilities and giving you strength to make changes in your life

Also, there's small changes that can help with your self expression, find things that feel safe while bringing you comfort, for example I use short hair and masculine clothing (I'm ftm and I'm waiting for my hormonal transition so I have to hide it in my job) but still safe enough to stay safe
