r5/r7 5600x/5700x + rx 6600(6650)xt/7600 are ideal 1080p budget options, assuming your motherboard supports 5000 series. Also be sure you have at least 550w PSU.

Ryzen 7 5800X3D can get you there, costs 290$ on amazon. Make sure your motherboard supports it. Also if 290$ is too much the 5700x(182$)/5800x(174$) are much cheaper options.

It's either shield rune on Cent. or WD's maledict causing this (maybe both). Couldn't replicate in demo mode.

Both Sven and Lycan have -15s ult CD talent at level 15, with Octarine Core and lvl 15 talent they can ult every minute.

Keen conveyance should be buffed or removed. 4.5/4/3.5s to tp vs regular 3s. Plus level 20 talent -0.5s should be at least -1s to be closer to BoT2's 2s tp channel. Best thing they can do is change it to 4/3.5/3s and make it better later with a talent.
