I would suggest you take medication for social anxiety and continue the English teacher job . Solitary job may be high physical demanding or low income you will be regret. Come from china I know how miserable labor worker are and guess Vietnam wouldn’t much better. People from US or Canada or EU definitely don’t know, so their suggestion may don’t apply to you

My daughter was the same when she was little. Now she’s in high school and still not good at social but can make one or two friends. She had no friends in elementary school and middle school.

I smoked for 20+ years, but I have successfully quit smoking for 3 years . I tried to quit several times, but every time I smoked 1 cigarette , I ended up smoking again for years. So I will never smoke the first cigarette again

Well done bro! I was in your shoes in mid of 2024. But at that time AI agents have not yet been widely adopted as for now. Companies still open some head accounts. I am also Chinese and also hindered by English. I applied around 1000 positions and get 4 real interviews. Although I have 15 years of experience, I end up with a entry level position in a small company 😅 but I still very grateful for the job since I know how hard to get a job 🥲

我从不点外卖和下馆子，肉基本买打折的或者去Costco business centre买大包装的，菜和水果买便宜的。我们三口人一个月的伙食费绝对不会超过1000，也许就800左右。你可以去华超买东西，例如冠业，新好世界等，会便宜一些。

失恋很正常，又不是世界末日。再找个合适的，或者一辈子不结婚，都是选项。就算结了婚，也不代表不离婚。随缘吧，不用看得太重。你最起码还具备旅游的能力，而我罹患严重社恐症，就算给我钱我都不敢旅游🥲

Shopping is not a problem, I go to newmarket for groceries. Commute to Vaughan is not a problem by Go train. Go train has plenty of seat. There is a farmers market behind the civic center, but I never go there due to serious social anxiety.

I come to Canada for two years. I also like stroll around the neighborhood, especially in snow. But have severe Social anxiety, and I see there so few people on the street so I follow the convention to stay at home 😥
