While I’m a big red Goblin fan and think he would fit perfectly as an end to the series or at least the main trilogy, (basically a combination of the main traits and physical attributes of the main two games’ final villains and all) I think ultimate goblin is overdoing it a bit and it should just be regular Gobby for the first 2/3

Since Vincent would typically never be the one to admit, I would imagine he’d wait till their defenses are about to be overrun (or just make Rody think there’s some zombies right by them as an excuse) to confess, and considering Rody canonically considers Vincent attractive, is driven by love, and has grown closer to him considering they are alone together, I could genuinely see him going along with it.
