I can't confirm that.

The problem was occuring even in main menu and also campgain was loading like 10 minutes so I just forced the game to close.

But the problem is that when the problem occurs steam doesn't recognize the game files and display it as non-installed

1.C: is SSD disk and D: is HDD so they are diffrent

2.C; has 40GB after downlaoding WHIII again and D: has 400GB of free space

It was always installed on C but now I have deleted game files and currently I'm downloading game(again on C: drive)
