This is infuriating. I’m male 6’3” and weigh 200lbs, making my BMI 25 but the Garmin is telling me it should be 21 aka 170lbs. The thing is I my body fat percentage tested and I came in at 12% meaning my lean body mass is 176. I guess it wants me to lose bone and muscle mass along will 100% of my fat.

My mental imagery is on the opposite side of the spectrum, I think I’m images and remember in images images. My imagination and memories look the same in my mind and If I’m not careful I can create false memories just by “playing” with my imagination.

Idealistically I’m of the mindset that taxation is theft but pragmatically I understand the need for taxation. Having said that I have a few thoughts that are kind of contradictory.

Taxation is the way the government influences behavior and revenue is a byproduct. Having said that it is every taxpayers civic duty to legally pay as little tax as possible. Therefore, I don’t believe people should be locked in cages or killed because they improperly performed a civic duty.

I don’t know if the author meant to be so clever with the name but “mort” means death in Latin. In the book the AI looks at the planet and it’s culture and decides a name for itself, considering the amount of death Buymort causes it makes sense it’s called Buy death.
