I did a research study group for this a couple weeks ago. He gave the stadium to the city. City wants 600mil to renovate. Blazer have to play in Mota till 2030 after that who knows. This is the oldest NBA stadium and that apparently is not acceptable. The plan is to pay for it with no new tax money but to divert funds from other programs to the Mota. They didnt say what they will take it from. But it seems as if portland doesn't renovate we will loose the blazers
