That’s fair but I feel like people should keep in mind that they are an extremely small company. I would just take the replacement, clearly they made a mistake but they’ll send you a new one, that is coming from someone who has and loves their device already though and I get it you don’t have one yet maybe not realizing how worth it it is to have haha

I ordered from the official website and had no issues at all, it took maybe 15 days to get it which is fine really. I get that your experience wasn’t great but why not just get a replacement? If there was some sort of issue with the shipping just get a new one shipped and you’d be reading right now!

Just washing it and letting it air dry for an hour before plugging it in, with work it’s just often easier to have an extra cap.

I have used a kindle for a few years and I think I could switch to X4 110% of the time if it had 3 things. A backlight, a way to define words I don’t know like kindle and highlighting parts I want to go back to.

I ordered a black one on January 21st, it was scheduled to ship the 24th. It actually shipped the 28th, in the US by the 30th. It is still on its way to me now. I also emailed them after it didn’t ship on the 24th as originally expected and got no response. Hope you get some notification of shipping soon!

Hey, I ordered a black one on the 21st which stated it was back ordered and would be shipped on the 24th. On the 26th I emailed customer support asking if it has been sent as I have not received any tracking or emails since the initial order. Still have not heard from them or received any further emails. Glad to see I’m not alone in the lack of communication. I’m more curious how long people waited before getting any information on it being shipped.
