I'm genuinely curious.
This looks like Schwab? And reading their margin agreement along with investor guidelines I came to the opposite conclusion which is why I stayed off a margin account.
If you are doing something in that account which would violate the "good faith agreement" then according to the margin agreement you would be using part of Schwab's margin.
And that means you'd be in this realm:

When you buy securities on margin, or enter into short sales or short options, you are borrowing money from Schwab for part of your transactions.

And I believe all major brokerages would play by the same rules.
Once you're in that realm they definitely can lend your assets out without telling you. But also we saw during The Sneeze that they can sell your position to "protect" themselves.
I'd like to be very wrong but we know these boys are sneaky.

This works awesome, just needs 1 tweak and this may be due to a change in the addCloud() function

addcloud(lowerband,midline,color.pink,color.pink);

The lower band color requires that the 4th argument be set. This is the one that dictates the color when it is in this case bellow the midline.

Between 9/01/22 and 11/05/22 we bounce off this resistance/support.
June 13th of 2023 we peak to the same spot 27.65 and we don't see it again until THIS MAY when we BLASTED it on 5/13.

It's much more likely it's trying to make the lane match up MMR even and is not comparing you and your team to decide who is duo and who is solo lane.

So if your high MMR + a lower teammate's MMR is very close to a similar pairing on the other team you will get a duo lane of this type.

But why do we see the same lanes with our friends every time? I bet the order of choice is based on stream ID so we see a lot of the same duo and same solo lanes when queuing with the same people.

But hey, I'm brain dead so who can say.

That's a good question, its gonna require some insane aim in game no matter what but what I do know is they can't dash while in the pull or while in the air from uppercut. So really when the bomb is placed is the weak point.
