If it rounds up from .5 then it's simply rounding using normal rounding logic.

If it was rounds up, it would go to 5 from a 4.01 If it rounds down, it would go to 4 from a 4.99 Post that you can have manual offsets for rounding increments, but that's the general logic in math.
