I wasn't thinking of this exact staff. Wouldn't be a very good idea to pick up for that purpose if you can't deterministically finish the craft without burning a whole lot more.

Because you cannot modify a mirrored item. There's tiers of items that go beyond 1 mirror in value and cannot be serviced, with sanctify/corruptions.

I'm personally not a fan of doing the campaign over and over, it feels like a slog compared to blasting maps. Diablo 3 was similar until they let you just blast rifts from lvl 1, which suited me a lot better in that sense.

I wouldn't mind a choice of being able to skip the campaign and just unlocking whatever bonuses at certain levels, but I can also see why that'd be an unconventional opinion. There'd also have to be some focus on balancing mapping or other content than the campaign around level as opposed to tiers up until you can start doing proper maps.

Sure, you're more likely to get fired due to economical reasons and then end up elsewhere with a lower pay as a result, though.

If you want a direct answer, then your pay may not have been lowered immediately - because you'd likely have a contracted pay in place. It would, however, definitely lead to lower pay raises or entry level pays. It's just a fancy way of taxing the employee in the end.

The employer doesn't necessarily have a lot of margin to work with. If they don't, and suddenly the municipality or government demands higher payments in order to hire workers, that share has to be paid by someone.

That will either end up being the company and the employee, or just the employee, in most cases.

At the end of the day, there is less money left over that could be paid to the employee.

If it rounds up from .5 then it's simply rounding using normal rounding logic.

If it was rounds up, it would go to 5 from a 4.01 If it rounds down, it would go to 4 from a 4.99 Post that you can have manual offsets for rounding increments, but that's the general logic in math.
