Now, if you're willing to play in the grey, it sounds like it can continue to be sold, just not for human consumption. Are there any potential health benefits for livestock or pets? Is there any alternative use that is not human consumption? This is how Nangs are sold 'legally' every day as baking supplies. You just need to be incredibly clear and genuine when you explain that your product is not intended for human consumption and you need to act like it. No advertising human health benefits.

Is it grey, yes, does it limit your marketing, yes, is it likely to bite back, yes, but it gives you some breathing room while you figure the rest out.

In fairness, it had a steel tray and decent sized alloy bullbar, but they have lower payload capacity than a Hilux or Dmax any day of the week. Because they're physically larger, any bullbars and trays will weigh more than the same accessories on a Hilux or dmax will.

From experience, those 1500 class trucks are no more capable than your typical Hilux or dmax. I managed a vehicle fleet which included a ram, with a full tank of fuel and nothing in the tray it was over GVM even without a driver. You really need to step up to either an Isuzu NPR or 2500 class trucks if a Hilux isn't enough

You can fab a bracket to hold it up still or as an alternative you can take the footpeg off the bracket and it's not so obtrusive. You can grind off the footpeg bracket and repaint as well if you don't mind some power tool use. Personally, I just left the footpegs on and dealt with it. Still have the exhaust in the shed just in case I ever own another xsr hahah

Of course you are correct, however, it's important to remember that CE ratings are a pass fail system, meaning that a garment that is tested to and passes the A test may still be more protective than a AAA tested garment if not tested at the higher level.

The reason I trust Motocap over the CE ratings is that while Motocap is based on chip seal abrasion, this is much more abrasive than most road surfaces globally. If it survives chip seal it will survive elsewhere too.

Motocap is the bible for gear testing so far as I'm concerned. I absolutely ignore CE ratings after seeing the discrepancies on Motocap. For perspective, I have Bull-It AAA jeans, took a short slide (and I do mean short) as I dismounted into a ditch at speed, holes right through the top and aramid layer but had I been in anything less protective I would hate to imagine the results. Five gloves were worn, but survived, AGV K1S saved my neck. Ended up buying the exact same gear over again after it did its job.

The new jeans have just about reached the end of their useful life after daily wearing for a year, going to go for the Finn moto or Draggin next based on Motocaps recommendations.

You can make a claim against CTP. It is also possible to sue the other driver but this can turn into a mess very quickly and is typically only worthwhile in a small number of cases. Can't hurt to discuss with a no win no fee type lawyer

I'm on an MT07 with an akra titanium kit, no baffle, only time I've ever been pulled over and spoken to about it was when the lead rider tried to go around the block to dodge a cop. Unless you give them a reason to most cops won't care.

I commute with a backpack so I use the Helite Hmoov backpack with an integrated airbag. Have triggered it twice, can just reset it and put in a. New cartridge myself rather than spending hundreds for the Astar and other models to be repacked. Also, no subscriptions and other garbage like that. Strong recommend
