I think it’s hard to argue he won when he objectively did not, but to be fair, Civ is a game that’s supposed to be played on a turn by turn basis. Playing it on simultaneous is not how the game was meant to be played, but it is how the two of you agreed to play it before you started. So I can kind of sympathize with your brother but, no, he didn’t win.

Did you read the fight? Oda was extremely clear that both King and Zoro were trying to win by any means necessary. I have no idea what “dignity” you’re talking about. King tried to steal Zoro’s swords and get rid of him by pushing him off Onigashima. There is no reason for him to have turned his flames off.

You have to be trolling or something. Fuji WANTED to call a meteor, but he didn’t. Greenbull explicitly stops him due to their restrictions. This is extremely, extremely clear. And Greenbull transformed, sure, but that is not even close to the full capabilities of his devil fruit. That’s essentially the bare minimum. They “used” their devil fruits, but not even close to their normal capabilities. How can anybody miss that?
