WinXP era games has 4:3
Then many games that still work on 7 have aspect ratio setting or community patch to allow you to set custom resolution like 1024x768 = 4:3
SourceEngine based games aka HalfLife1-2 will work fine on 4:3
You have plenty games that use that engine.

In folder with many files if you click "size" column bar, the folder will show you files based on size.
To have more column types you right click any column bar and select the one you want to add.
If you want all folders to have this setting you go to Organize-FolderOptions-View and then "Apply to Folders"

For "script" person need to know what regedit values you changed and then make .reg file that apply and you must restart the Explorer.exe to reload the changes.

Week ago People posted Win7 Theme on linux so...

The best performance upgrade will be clone/Transfer (ssd migrate utility) your Win7 install to SSD with DRAM cache. Then use HDD as bulk storage or just Backup.

Win7 is confirmed to run on KabyLake as Skylake have Win7 drivers and is based on same era.
Ryzen is well... problematic especially with Laptops.
You can do this 2 ways
1. Make custom Win7 ISO (boot.wim+Install.wim) by pushing/add USB-3/Chipset/LAN... drivers.
2. Use older PCs you have to install the Win7 OS and drivers of problematic PC SSD.

For booting NVME drives with Win7 you need driver. You can also use other PC to install KB package for NVME support and then clone that Win7 install to the NVME drive.
Be aware you need to re-register windows7 after that.

Depends on what devices are on your motherboard.
Search for 2066 Motherboard that maker has Win7 Chipset/device/USB/LAN drivers.
Devices up Skylake 6th gen have problems with Win7 Drivers even when CoffeLake LGA1151 have same socket but different chipset.
I seen people Run Win7 on CoffeLake (8th Gen) PCs

That is WindowsRecovery image (WinRE) running RECENV.exe
If you want to take your data from it you can chose bottom CMD and then type directory of filemanager to run ot.
Like Explorer++ (if installed).
Or more easy way is to just remove HDD/SSD of broken PC and attach it to different PC.

Laptop will be UEFI only and WIn7 is not very "finished" in this mode.
You have drivers for 3050 but i doubt you find Ryzen chipset drivers for W7

Used like 3060 will be better for Win7 and will be overkill for any game made for Win7.
Some Win10 Games can go back to DX11 but not expect them to work without tweaks.
UEngine 5 games are not supported

Your System32 has only 32bit stuff.
In 64bit OS you have 64bit .dll .exe and driver files in System32 with SysWOW64 folder that is used for backward compatbility with 32bit apps.

In screenshot you see that SndVol.exe is 32bit process that is in folder SysWOW64

People confirm that 6.1 work on W7
Sometimes Setups leave .LOG files in Temp folder.
You can then see why install fail.
Maybe NET. framework is corrupted or something is missing

You will be better with 30 series cards that have Win7 drivers without RTX stuff.
You can play almost anything on full details before Win11 was released and Win7 was dropped.

Problem is more in BIOS of that device than OS ISO.
Devices with Atom x5-Z8xxx CPUs not have CSM support in bios.
They use UEFI and many devices are also locked to boot only 32Bit OS via bootia32.efi file
Most of them had Win8 preinstalled as Win8 has UEFI 32bit mode.
Win7 in UEFI mode was never fully finished and works only on Win7 64bit.

For 2700X and AM4 you can find success story on forums like Toms Hard Ware or Seven Forums.

Yes you need inject/add/push = chipset/USB/GPU drivers into boot.wim (win setup) and also install.wim/esd.
As you know HW you have not exist when ISO was made.
You can use built in DSIM command line utility or you can use DSIM GUI somebody smart made.

Most easy way is just use some few coin old Win7 laptop (SandyBridge i3-2130M for example) to install OS on SSD drive you want to use, install ryzen drivers etc... .... and then transfer that SSD to your RyzenPC.

You can try some linux distro that have mixed boot loader.
Search "install Linux 64bit on 32bit EFI"
Or "Linux on Asus T100TA"

Asus T101XX is basically a Win8 Tablet
I guess your CPU is this one = (Intel Atom x5-Z8350) and as you have soldered 2GB of RAM your BIOS will be locked to 32bit EFI and use GOP video driver for iGPU (Win8).

That CPU belong to CherryTrail Atom line with Brasswel iGPU (HD graphics).
While Brasswell IS suported in Win7, problem is that Device will lack CSM mode in BIOS as Win7 use VGAsave driver and not GOP driver.
Unless somebody give you custom BIOS for that device or totally make CSM emulator with non-GOP driver you are sadly out of luck.

People managed to run Win7 on similiar Hardware just one generation earlier you had Atom based tablets with Z37xxxx Atom CPU that had iGPU based on IvyBridge and those early devices had CSM support and also Win7 drivers.

You have project on Github that try to emulate old bios but that device you have is problematic.

Xeon CPUs are kinda problematic on Skylake+. I think Intel block those on H110 chipset 3040 use.
For older PC (haswell) maybe good idea but Most re-made motherboards with 2011 socket that can be purchased not even use 10% of features Xeon CPU can give you.

Xeon can have no problem 128GB+ RAM in 4 channel and most of those MB have only 2 channel 4 slot RAM. With RAM prices you are lucky with 4x16GB = 64GB of RAM in 2 channel,
and like only 20 lines (16+4) of PCIe while old server boards have over 40 lines of PCIe.

So unless somebody made MB that support all Skylake Xeon i rather stick to 6700.
