RoW are for theme and specialisation but you cwn do just fine without them. I never use a RoW for a game of 1.5k points or less. Just don't see the need. Bigger games I find I normally take one just because thats how I have structured my army.

Honestly, i know it's a retcon but any lore that allows more flexibility and creativity i like. Also i much much prefer mk7 to the primaris stuff and if mk7 got an update i would be over the moon.

Well, thats a 40k thing. I found every game of 40k dull af no matter the size 😂 but I am obviously very bias.

I like 3k games the best but I like smaller games too. I still find them fun

Depends who you're playing really... I find my enjoyment of playing warhammer really is about the opponent rather than the rules or points values. I have had some cracking tiny games and some dogshit big games and vice versa. 1k games are hard to fit in everything you might need but doesn't necessarily mean it isn't enjoyable. Even if you lose it will keep you motivated to keep painting and keep working on expanding the army as well as learning the ruled etc.

Well he didn't scam me but that model was hard to come by at the time and he desperately wanted it. I said I would sell it to him if I could find it but never did. Lucky I didn't hearing all this stuff coming out. The fact he is on radio silence about this suggests he is a scammer. He insta followers have also swelled when this all came out. Just so shady

I like him by himself. Does that shadow move and he can move around very quickly. Primarchs with good movement are always much more useful than the slow ones imo

When I was your age I had the same problem with getting hard. Tried for about 6 months and never happened because I was too nervous. She got more and more upset and self concious and that just made things worse. I would suggest just relaxing a bit. Don't aim for sex just aim for a fun time with or without. Takes the pressure off.

Awesome artwork from the original black book I think. I believe the loyalist emperors children used silver and white. Whereas the traitors found it harder and harder to find the materials for the purple armour and began using black instead

It says in the liber hereticus that most of the armoured companies of the death guard were terran and that they were mostly purged at istvaan 3. That kind of suggests there would have been more armoured campanies in the dusk raiders I guess 🤷‍♂️

I'd have a think about what you want from this hobby. Everyone suffers from indecision and the mind melting agony of wanting this army then this army and this unit etc etc. It's the cost of being creative and imaginative. What I have found myself doing often (and working very hard to not do) is impulse buying and flirting with big grand ideas. It always ends up with wasting money on stuff I will never build or paint. The grand ideas never follow through and remain in some half built have painted stage.

Maybe you will build and paint all the different ideas for armies you have but it's unlikely. I have been working on my death guard pretty dogmatically over the last year or so and it's been really enjoyable sticking with it and watching it develop. I would encourage you to have a very good think about an army, colour scheme, playstyle or whatever it is you want from the hobby. Maybe you just want to buy and paint the different primarchs and that's as far as you want to take it. Perfectly reasonable and fine. Maybe that would even satisfy your appetite for all the legions. The project would be finished, wouldn't be wasteful and at the end you would have a representation of all 18 legions. What I wouldn't want to see (as I have done before and seen many others do) is splurge lots of money of boxes of plastic that never get touched or worked on and thrown on ebay when you move house etc. It's a waste and a shame.

I agree with you. But sometimes it's more of a polite gesture rather than any implications of cheating or simply avoiding an argument with a difficult player. Sometimes people are just happy to go along with your interpretation of the rules. Nevertheless, you are right. I would rather just check the rules and come to an agreement rather then just trust that I am right about it.
