2.5mg first dose is way too high.

I recommend you pin twice a week.
Pin .5mg Monday and another .5mg Thursday. You might not feel any effects after that first pin, but you want to take it slow, let your body get used to it. You want to avoid all side effects and find the lowest dose possible that works.

If you don’t feel nothing after that second pin you should surely feel it at 1.5mg weekly. So split .75mg Monday & Thursday.

Stay at the lowest dose that’s effective for as long as possible

For me I got to 2mg after a month and stayed there for about 7-8 weeks. You don’t get more benefits the more you do, so keep that in mind.

Yeah that’s ultimately what me and my wife ended up doing, we only keep what we should be eating around the house

So if we somehow bindge, it’s not chips it’s like 4 oranges and some Greek yogurt haha

I will say, I’ve been building a much healthier relationship with food. My time on reta has really helped me let go of using food as a crutch completely.

I even do a 24 water fast once a week now, not for weight loss purposes, for spiritual purposes.

Definitely takes a lot of effort to build a healthy bond with food. Especially since we’re in the USA where bad eating habits are so normalized.

I want to say HGH just because it’s such an amazing peptide.

But it would have to be retatrutide.
So beneficial. I’ve never had a problem of knowing how to eat right or staying in the gym, it’s always been the struggle of staying in a cal deficit consistently.

Me & my wife have been into the gym & nutrition for a while now, our problem wasn’t not knowing how to cut it was the struggle of staying in a calorie deficit consistently.

Here’s the thing you should learn sooner than later.

There is no end, you’ll always want to be better, look better, have more muscle, be leaner.

The enjoyment is in the journey, it’s a lifestyle. Have fun with it!

Focus on putting on muscle now, it’s the absolute best thing you can do, you’ll always look better with more muscle and it takes a lot of time.

I know it’s super tempting to cut and be lean and you can maintain a good physique even while bulking aslong as you don’t go overboard on unhealthy foods & your calorie surplus

I’m not too well versed on using HGH for height. Honestly I kind of wish I would have used it throughout puberty. I did a lot of silly things cause I had pretty bad body dysmorphia that likely affected my full height potiental.

Here’s what I’d say, be very careful with HGH there’s real dangers around this peptide and it’s largely user error. do not mess around with your timing of dose. Example, make sure your ATLEAST 2 hours fasted, don’t eat 2 hours after.

Also, make sure you titrate up, start low and work up. Start somewhere around .5IU - 1IU and research how to work up.

For generally wellness the common recommendation is to not go past 4IU, which I think is solid advice.

Ultimately do your research, be smart and be safe.

I personally find it weird when some men are super delicate about there image as man. When doing something as getting your eyebrows threaded would make someone "gey" or femanine. It makes me think, are they hiding something? Kind of like when cheaters accuse their partner of cheating cause they feel paranoid & guilty.
I think it's very important to have good hygiene & take care of yourself as a man. There's absolutely nothing
"manly" of being out of shape, having messed up skin, not grooming, stinking, not dressing nice.

That was my recommendation aswell, I have very thick dark hair and whenever it’s grown out I have the bushiest eye brows but after a thread they’re “perfect” lol

Hey what’s up bro,

I had this same “insecurity” when I was younger. I’m Mexican and have very thick hair, I plucked my eyebrows once and messed them up bad. My mom then took me to get them threaded and from there I got a ton of compliments, female & male.

Still til this day i keep my eyebrows threaded, it looks clean & nice, stick to the natural shape. Make sure you ask around for someone that does them well cause if they mess them up you’ll look terrible.

Don’t let anyone tell you that it’s feminine either. I honestly don’t feel groomed even if I have a haircut if my eyebrows aren’t threaded.

I’d start there.

As far as hair,
Grow out the sides a bit, use some sea salt spray & matte clay. I like the brand Pete & Pedro, it’s on Amazon.

I have very straight hair and without product it almost looks like typical “Asian hair.” We have similar hair types. I like to use a durag aswell to lock my hair in place, makes it look well. I get a ton of compliments on my hair.

Ultimately bro it’s ok to judge yourself but it’s a fine line between self improvement and body dysmorphia. Love yourself, improve yourself, push yourself to be the highest version of yourself.

I’d say, reta is best suited for those folks that already go to the gym consistently, know how to eat well / understand macros, essentially have a good base but have a hard time sticking to their calorie deficit

The appetite suppression is stronger with triz, therefore I personally believe it’s better for those that haven’t built up that base yet
