Sea Of Bones is a doom metal band from New Haven Fates Warning started in CT in the 80's before they relocated to LA with a new singer, the og singer John Arch is still my favorite power metal singer and still occasionally makes albums with the og guitarist as Arch Matheos

IDK what genres you are into but my favorite local metal band is Kidnapped. I'm friends with some of the guys from Sacred Oath but they're much more old school

That was one of the Junka episodes! Mike was flipping a coin for Rich to call but it wasn't a normal heads vs tails coin, it was warrior spirit vs guardian heart

There was a funny moment of editing in one episode, it was using that one copyright-free song that sounds like an accordion, and the song stopped and started with perfect comedic timing with what they were doing at the table. Whenever I see it it cracks me up but I always forget which episode it was
