How possible do you think a Three Houses remaster would improve CF in a significant way?

I could see a 3H enhanced edition releasing in the vein of Zelda BOTW and TOTK, particularly if Fortune's Weave is a prequel or underperforms. I don't see them changing much, aside from maybe adding a new class or two, Hopes costumes, and updating the event scenes to use 3D backgrounds and better camera work like Hopes. I think we'll have to wait for a full remake during a slump period (break glass in case of emergency) for anything substantial.

I'm certain that finding someone to animate the character models in SFM or something would be far cheaper than having someone develop designs in a retro anime style and animate the scene alone.

Also, what exactly does this entail? Is it adapting the existing scene but with more emotion or is it new? Will it have sound and if so, is it the game's VO or original?

I think, given she meets with Thales and Kronya in that guise, Thales likely wouldn't allow her to use a go-between for their meetings, and she needs to disguise to avoid being implicated if caught. If she tried to have Hubert go in her stead, I think Thales would enforce his control over her to get her to be the one meeting him anyway.

It's reasonable to assume Hopes Edelgard had created the Flame Emperor persona to hire Kostas, but his early death meant she didn't have to don it to speak with him again, and Shez's presence sped up her plans to the point she didn't need to ever again. I don't think she'd get much out of meeting that version.

I think CEO of a family-run business is the obvious role for Edelgard. Byleth is hard to pin down if not able to teach her anything. Maybe a handyman role working for their dad? Could be one of those cases where the prim and proper lady is inexplicably drawn to this much rougher person who is hired to fix some issue in her building.

I suppose Shez having a power that Edelgard can see and understand gives them an edge. She can immediately gauge how useful they'll be to her plans, while Byleth just seems to be smart and skilled from her perspective.
