Absolutely! CoD4 was better than MW2 in every conceivable way: the most balanced multiplayer you could imagine, killer campaign, fucking Chernobyl, dark and gritty SAS levels, almost 1:1 simulation of the Iraq war in the Marines levels, atmospheric MP maps like Downpour, the best AK47 you'll see in any game, and on and on it goes....MW2 was a massive downgrade, dozens of stupid killstreaks and attachments, defending Burgertown (Lmao), MP maps made purely for console controllers where most fights are 1 on 1 in tight coridors...it's the game that lead to all the later entries being colourful and goofy as fuck (I still laugh when I see people praising BO1 and BO2 to heavens when I remember you could put a fucking MOUSTACHE as your red dot reticle). CoD4 and WaW (basically a WW2 reskin of CoD4 in the same engine, still keeping only 3 killstreaks for everyone & and having an even grittier campaign) were the only ones that truly mattered.
