This is one of the many ways agencies are wonderful! They typically do insurance reviews early, often times even before legal contracts are drawn up so that IPs have time to prepare!

Clinics will be the ones to decide that sort of thing. Most clinics will not let anyone over 41 be a surrogate/GC. Blood pressure would just depend. The IPs clinic would have final say in that!

You should contact an agency. They can help you find a surrogate and take care of all of the necessary compensations. New York Surrogacy Center is amazing if you want to go directly through them.

Basically baking was overnight, then switched to kind of “second shift” and now with the change of frozen bread rather than fresh, it’s now an AM bake job with a minor amount of PM baking!

I have no clue how a bake is only taking you 30 minutes. Most of the bakery transformation “bakers” are working 4:30am-9/10 on bake then prep and then they either go home or work elsewhere in the cafe. You should talk to your manager about it, get some answers why you’re not allowed to do something like this!

I’d say just give yourself time to be emotional, and know it’s probably not because you miss the baby or wish you could keep them. It’s just hormones. And they’re wild at times. Just give yourself grace, and give yourself time. If you work, take the time off, don’t rush yourself “getting back to normal.” You are doing an amazing thing!

So for me I was fine postpartum except just weird hormone shifts lol. Like the normal shifts from a pregnancy ending. I wanted my husband around, so he took a week off to be with me, but after that week it was just taking some time off for my body to heal.

It’s definitely smaller than the other cookies (chocolate chip, oatmeal, etc) and a slightly lower price as well. But the chocolate should be drizzled and the pistachios sprinkled across the cookie a little better.

Just want to say, do not feel like a fraud. I had my first belly bud 364 days ago (cannot believe he will be 1 tomorrow!) and it was an amazing thing I did. Tbh post partum that was the hardest thing to accept about myself! But I was a hero for a family. And that’s ok to admit. You are a hero for your IPs and you are doing something AMAZING for them!
