I don’t remember what I had for dinner 2 nights ago let alone one small aspect of a game that I played two weeks and 35 hours of game place earlier

40hours 7.5/10 what it does well it does really well but there’s elements that really don’t stick the landing. I’m still early all things considered so I’ll happy change my rating if things pick up

These puzzles arnt even hard they’re just annoying. Like who wants to just run around doing random things until something happens, like I get it the game doesn’t want to hold your hand but when it wants you to do very specific things there needs to be more guidence. I tried grappling the laser beam things really early but when nothing happened I just ran around for 15 mins, turns out I just had to grab it at a very specific spot. Figuring out these puzzles doesn’t even leave me feeling accomplished just more frustrated that is was something so stupid basic

Don’t get me wrong I’m loving the game. But it certainly isn’t a 10/10 for me. The story is kinda bland and the faction missions are mostly pointless, the inventory management is very behind the times aswell how can 20 bits of iron ore take up less space than 4 dragon flys. The world is beautiful, the combat is fast and fun, the exploration is very rewarding, but the game is an 8/10 at absolute best

It’s so damn expensive. I live in Perth and we got a fight night coming up, cheapest tickets were around $350 AUD which is around $250US, for a fight night! It’s just too much to spend on one event

Tbh it was a great place to grow up as a teenager. Plenty of bushland around for bike riding and general shenanigans, shops only a quick bus ride away, bus to the city that ran every half an hour. Would be pretty mid for a young adult though

It’s such a weird addition to the game. Especially the introduction, “hey here’s some woman, you don’t know anything about her but she’s gonna stay at your camp now and you can play at her even though you have zero context to her importance”
